[ltr]He urged Defense Minister German parties to the conflict to protect Iraqi civilians during the attack imminent US-led coalition to restore the city of Mosul from Daesh terrorist organization.[/ltr]
[ltr]Estimates indicate that the population of two million, while the city was seized by Daesh in 2014 and is currently the largest urban area under his control.[/ltr]
