Kurdistan Islamic Union confirmed on Friday the resumption of relations between Baghdad and Erbil to "normal," adding that the failure to achieve the partnership will be forced to resort Kurdistan for "another constitutional solution."
The federation said in a statement that "the trend Press" obtained a copy of it, "The KRG and Baghdad relations have returned to normal after a break of several years interruption," hoping "to address all the problems related to salaries and the budget and the lives of the citizens of Kurdistan."
The statement added that "the Kurdistan delegation stressed the need to resolve all problems through dialogue and understanding," pointing to "the agreement on the continuation of meetings and visits between the province and Baghdad."
He continued that "the right of the people of Kurdistan partnership in governance in a federal Iraq," adding that "in the event of failure to achieve the partnership, the region will be forced to resort to the last constitutional solution."
