[rtl]Kurdish artist Homer Dzia detect and who served as political secretary to Jalal Talabani, when he was president of the Republic of Iraq, said last talked to him about who deserves to hold office.[/rtl]
[rtl]Radio quoted NOAA site for Kurdish Dzia as saying, "When I was a political adviser to Talabani asked him frankly about his replacement as secretary general of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan in the event of his death, he replied: Yes, there are three figures.[/rtl]
[rtl]He Dzia Talabani said that "Mustafa Nushirwan" and "Kamal Fuad" and "Barham Salih," are the most prominent candidates before him to fill his position as secretary general of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan.[/rtl]
