[rtl]A member of the Foreign Relations Committee, Ahmed al-Jubouri, Sunday, that the entry of Turkish troops pinned down in Ba'shiqah province of Mosul was a prior agreement and "Confidential" signed last year between the Minister of the article of Defense, Khalid al-Obeidi, and his Turkish counterpart, Ismet Yilmaz, adding that the Turkish president planned disclosure of that agreement in the security Council after the Iraqi government's request to transfer the case to the corridors of the Council.[/rtl]
[rtl]The newspaper "Middle East," he was quoted by al-Jubouri, he said, and was followed by "Sky Press," that "there are Turkish information indicating that Defense Minister article Khaled al-Obeidi agreed with Turkish Defense Minister Ismet Yilmaz, on the day of November of the year 201 527, and the knowledge of the central government in Baghdad and the Kurdistan Regional Government, for the introduction of Turkish troops to Iraq. " [/rtl]
[rtl]He said al-Jubouri, said: "This agreement seems to have been a secret no one knew about it at the time, as it was not presented to parliament, but according to the information we received that the Turkish side will reveal this agreement before the Security Council[/rtl]
[rtl]International, after the Baghdad government referred the matter to the Council. "[/rtl]
[rtl]He saw, that "to be oversight of the Parliament requires us to conduct an investigation by the relevant committees in the House, such as security, defense and foreign relations of how to bring in foreign forces, in order to inform the Iraqi people on all the facts and will begin collecting signatures necessary to do so."[/rtl]
[rtl]Baghdad had made a complaint to the Security Council demanding the departure of the Turkish troops, but the Turkish side strongly rejects it, the Turkish parliament has approved a proposal to extend the survival of those forces in Ba'shiqah for 13 additional months.[/rtl]
