He visited Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, on Sunday, the city of Karbala to oversee the special security plan to protect visitors during the visit of Ashura, and met with officials to maintain security and leadership.
Later yesterday, he met al-Abadi, Sheikh Abdul Mahdi al-Karbalai, a representative of the reference in the city. He said the Information Office of the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, said in a statement received (long-Presse) a copy of it yesterday, that the recent "held a meeting with security and military leaders in the presence of the governor and the head of the Karbala Provincial Council," noting that "the meeting saw the discussion of security plans to protect pilgrims during the tenth visit Muharram anniversary of the martyrdom of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him and his household pure, in addition to the provision of services and the transfer of visitors. "
Later, from yesterday, he met Prime Minister certified reference religious Eminence Sheikh Abdul Mahdi al-Karbalai, according to a brief statement received (range) a copy of it.
Abadi arrived, on Sunday morning, to the city of Karbala for Ashura for the visit of the security and service plan.
During a press conference held in the city of Karbala Building, attended by (long-Presse), the Prime Minister said that "the security forces have no interest in Mosul, only the safety and security of its people," stressing "the need for all of us to revolt against al Daesh to get rid of it."
Abadi said that "all Iraqis are engaged in battles against Daesh," pointing out that "the Iraqi troops are only fighting on the ground with only the role of the international coalition for training and counseling and logistical support and air cover."
Prime Minister stressed that "the battle to liberate Mosul will be held on time on according to our schedule," refusing to disclose the date of the operations. He said al-Abadi said that "the Turkish presence in Iraq is unacceptable to bypass Iraqi sovereignty," pointing out that "Turkey is justifying its presence with the approval of Nineveh management and sometimes the Kurdistan Regional Government at other times." The Prime Minister added that "the President of the Kurdistan region, Massoud Barzani, the region told us not to approve the entry of Turkish troops," adding that "the Turkish troops in the mountains of Kurdistan since 1996, but their entry to hand Ba'shiqah came without federal government approval."
He continued Abadi "The Iraqi government will not allow the participation of Turkey in the battle to liberate Mosul from the control of the terrorist organization Daesh", stressing that "Turkey is not a role in counseling or planning the liberation of Mosul, and advise them not to leave their positions."
In conjunction with the supervision of the Abadi security plan to visit Ashura, I have hereunto 26 suicide bombing of civilians killed and wounded in a third terrorist attack targeting Aza in Baghdad. The bombers targeted, last week, the processions to mourn the Arboretum neighborhood west of Baghdad, the world, and Tbnahma organize Daesh.
According to security and medical sources, it has killed at least five people and wounded nearly 21 injured in a bombing against a Shiite funeral procession, adopted by the organization Daesh in Baghdad, the third bombing targets in Muharram mourning processions.
A colonel in the police's (AFP) that "at least five people were killed and 21 wounded in a suicide belt." The security official said "the attack targeted a Shiite procession in the main street New Baghdad area" in eastern Baghdad, where a funeral procession was held to commemorate the killing of Imam Hussein. He said a medical source at al-Kindi hospital casualty toll. For its part, according to security and medical sources and witnesses said the explosion occurred as a result of an explosive device. And it adopted a regulation Daesh attack in a statement on Twitter. The statement "is pleased ... the martyr Abu Bara Iraqi detonate an explosive vest amid a funeral procession for rejecting the infidels in the New Baghdad area."
But social networking sites quoted similar statements of regulation, the first built the new Baghdad attack, while the second adopted another attack in the Shaab district, and a lamb completely identical except for the details of the attack site. But security sources confirmed there was an attack in the Shaab district northeast of Baghdad.
The attack coincided yesterday with Iraqi forces continue their preparations for the storming of Mosul, Iraq's second largest urban stronghold of al Daesh and another in the north of the country.
