Arab Council called in Kirkuk province, on Tuesday, the central government to launch the processes of liberalization of Mosul and Hawija , from the control of theorganization (Daesh), in the "one time", and while noting the size of the suffering of the people of Hawija and make them "susceptible to fire" organization, called on the government and the international coalition to "take responsibility" about what is happening in the judiciary. 

the deputy head of the Arab Council of Kirkuk , Sheikh Ismail Hadidi said in an interview (range Press), "We havereceived news of the existence of plans for the Iraqi government to go during the day to launch the liberation ofMosul operations and leave the Khasrtha Hawija , without editing . " noting that "Mosul operations of large and complex , and whatever it is the city is under siege and has outlets with Syria and Turkey and their markets open to shoppers , despite all the suffering faced by its people." 

He continued Hadidi said , "but Hawija was besieged by security forces in the west in the slot areas and Qayyarah and Sharqat, and eastward across Kirkuk, south of Tikrit and Tuz and north of drunk and all its outlets closed ,"noting that" more than one hundred thousand civilian boxed mostly women, children and elders. "
