The last 36 hours have been rocky for Wikileaks. It all started with 3 ‘cryptic’ tweets. Some say they are hashes used to validate encrypted files and other believe they are keys to Insurance file. Insurance files are large encrypted files. These files are often distributed as Torrents and allegedly include all of the data in an upcoming Wikileaks release.
Things spun out of control following highly publicized rumors that Julian Assange has been stuffed into the back of a blue Security Services van following a raid on the Ecuadorian Embassy. Click-Bait sites throughout the world produced hundred of articles with enticing titles like “Assange stuffed in a Van” and “Ecuadorians Outraged – Embassy Attacked by Special Forces – Assange Dead”. None of these turned out to be true.
We started a live news update yesterday in response to the growing interest and lack of formal Media coverage.  It turns out some of our information wasn’t completely accurate. We apologize for any misinformation, it can be difficult to find the facts in a field of propaganda. Especially when the subject of your Article remains silent. (Wikileaks)
Twitter, Reddit, Facebook and Periscope were on fire with claims that the raid only took 5 minutes to complete. This was followed by hundreds of articles in publications throughout the world with incomplete and unconfirmed information. No one knew for certain if Julian Assange was still in the Embassy. Attempts by citizens of the UK to confirm he was still in the Ecuadorian Embassy went unanswered. Speculation rumbled throughout the day yesterday.
Something did happen yesterday, but Wikileaks, the UK, Ecuador, Sweden and local Press are being tight-lipped about it. Several releases were delayed, the Wikileaks website was slow, and known operatives Tweeted letting the world know they were at new locations and ready to distribute leaks.
What we learned and confirmed through it all, is this:
Julian Assange is still in the Ecuadorian Embassy in the UK. His Internet connection has been cut. Ecuador will not acknowledge that they are responsible for the cut. Wikileaks maintains his connection was cut by Ecuador.
Secretary of State of United States John Kerry has attempted to pressure the Ecuadorian government to SILENCE Julian Assange. John Kerry engaged in talks with Ecuador while in the UK. Details of those talks have not been made public, however, our sources indicate that the State Department was adamant in its desire to see Julian Assange in custody.
We are not able to confirm that John Kerry asked the UK to revoke the political status of Ecuador. We did confirm that no warrant for the arrest of Julian Assange is active in the United States. However, if a secret warrant were issued it would be classified and we wouldn’t know about it, unless it were leaked by some source like Wikileaks.
We confirmed that a warrant for the arrest of Julian Assange is active in Sweden related to the allegations of sexual misconduct. Information regarding the status of the rape case in Sweden are inconsistent between sources provided by Wikileaks and the Swedish government.
The government of Ecuador is standing by its decision to provide asylum to Julian Assange. No change is expected in Julian Assange’s status as a guest of the Ecuadorian people.
The LEAKS will apparently continue, Wikileaks LIVES.
