    [ltr]Baghdad lately demanded expelling the anti-Turkish PKK party and other logistic matters, but the Iraqi side rejected discussing any joint issues till the Turkish forces in Iraqi territories are withdrawn.[/ltr]

    [ltr]The sources added that most of the talks concentrated on logistic matters, the borders and the liberated areas from Da'ish (ISIS) control.[/ltr]

    [ltr]"Iraq concentrated on the urgent withdrawal of the Turkish force", the sources added, pointing that "there will be negotiations till the withdrawal of the Turkish forces are done".[/ltr]

    [ltr]On 18 October, 2016, the Iraqi foreign ministry disclosed that the Turkish delegation submitted ideas on the withdrawal of its forces from Ba'sheeqa camps, but "did not meet the Iraqi demands" with special stress that "Iraq will not permit the presence of foreign troops on its soil".[/ltr]

    [ltr]On the other hand, Kurdish President Masoud Barzani, on 17 October, 2016, called Baghdad and Ankara to have "joint understanding" on the participation of the Turkish forces in Mosul battle, but stressed that any foreign participation should be approved by the general command of the Iraqi forces.[/ltr]



    [ltr]On 4 October, 2016, the Iraqi parliament rejected the Turkish parliamentary decision to extend the presence of the Turkish forces in Iraq for another year.[/ltr]
