    A source in the province of Basra , police said on Friday that gunmen wearing military uniforms broke into the shops to sell gold jewelry, west of Basra (590 km south of Baghdad) and stole gold jewelry is estimated at 116 kg, while the security committee stressed the need to conduct an investigation of the incident, he stressed the need hold negligent in the security services .. 
    the source said in an interview with (long - Presse) that "about 18 gunmen wearing military uniforms broke into late Thursday evening, shops selling gold and jewelry in Hayaniya district, west of Basra, and stole gold jewelry is estimated at 116 kilos , "explaining that" stolen shops is one of the biggest shops in the popular market area of Hayaniya to sell gold jewelry. ". 
    The source , who asked not to be named, said : " the militants have broken the locks by (oxygen) and were able to steal the shops despite the presence of surveillance cameras in this place." 
    For his part , called on the head of the security committee in the Basra Governorate Council Jabbar al - Saadi said in an interview to the (long - Presse) to "investigate the incident and expose the perpetrators, especially the actors dressed in military uniforms," asking , "Where is the police officers patrolling in this place of access and repeat theft and robberies armed that occur during this period and is still going on ? ".
