Twilight News / announced the Kurdistan Region for a new US special program to welcome 200 students to study in the United States.
This came during a meeting between Minister of Higher Education in the Kurdistan Regional Government Yusuf Goran, the US consul in Arbil, Ken Gross, the two sides discussed the issue of the development of education in Kurdistan.
Goran said that four ministries are now working on the elimination of extremist ideology in the region, noting that everyone will do their efforts in this direction.
At the meeting which was attended by a number of the ministry's advisers, Minister of Higher Education Alchordstan students from the US side to help in the development of English language teaching.
