The Kurdistan Democratic Party member Majid Chenkali that most of the disputed areas inhabited by a Kurdish majority, and that the failure to the application of Article 140 of the Constitution borne by the previous governments.
Chenkali In an interview with "direction," said the Peshmerga forces did not go with an Arab majority areas, stressing that their participation in the liberation of Mosul operations are in support of the armed forces.

He added that the Peshmerga is present in these areas is part of the Iraqi forces, backed by the processes of liberalization. He pointed out that the Peshmerga 'presence is the fact that there is no alternative forces stuck to the ground instead.
It is said that Iraqi Kurdistan outgoing President Massoud Barzani said there was agreement between Kurdistan and America not to spend the Peshmerga's withdrawal from areas that have been liberated from the organization Daesh.
According to that statement at the start of his visit to the battlefront in Bashiqa and meeting with the Peshmerga commanders. Adding that these areas have been edited by 11 thousand between Shahid and Greg, and will not go back to those areas to the central all costs.
