[ltr]Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in Iraq, Jan Kubis condemned the terrorist bombing, tanker bomb on Thursday, near the filling and fuel hand Shomali southern province of Babylon station, which resulted in the death and injury of dozens of innocent people, including many returning visitors to visit Karbala.[/ltr]
