    He stressed Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Iraq 'snew, on Tuesday, that the process of reform and change in the country " is now possible , " adding that "popular movement" one out of the current impasse indicators. He revealed the intention of the Iraqi Communists protest converting process for "political backlash," and praised at the same time as the "national popular crowd tasks." 
    Raed Fahmi, during a press conference in Baghdad to discuss the decisions of the tenth National Congress of his party and attended (range Press), " The Tenth National Congress, was nationally popular and Iraqi conference and exceeded what I was expecting Iraqis Communists, and reached another level of entrenching democracy , " he said , adding " the party 's work to assess the achievements and the outcome of his work with the participation of all the comrades who have worked for months to prepare for the conference." He said the new secretary of the Iraqi Communist Ban , " the tenth National Congress has received thousands ofcomments from the Communists and their friends, and did not neglect any opinion, and in the outcome of this formulation has the final draft of the conference." Adding that " the conference carried a sense of change and to work on the recovery of Iraq , where we came to the results emerged from the logo, a civil state , federal democracy and social justice." 
    Emphasizes Raed Fahmi said the "new Congress came the process of internal change in the ranks of theCommunist Party, especially through the youth represent 42% in the party leadership, and for the first woman on the membership of the political bureau , " pointing out that " the processes of change and renewal is theoutcome of approach and hard work of the previous leadership and especially Comrade Hamid Majid Moussa ,who played a key role in creating this atmosphere , and then stepped down in the post for his own free will, and at the same time go to salute and pay tribute. " Communist party secretary confirmed that the latter "represents one of the locomotives change in Iraq by working to establish a civil state that guarantees therights of the people to the overall spectrum and its components, as well as the federal building decentralized both with the Kurdistan region or with all other provinces , " stressing " the need to support military victories Daesh terrorist organization, and turn them into political victories make it a moment of eliminating extremist organization, a moment of hope is not a moment of concern, as well as achieving national reconciliation and the implementation of the reform process.     He revealed the Communist secretary of Iraq for " the intention of the Iraqi Communists to turn the protest into political backlash through his speech and mobility and institutional frameworks and will not waste any field of work , " and expressed "hope to get out of the state of division and solving the entire country 's problems and to create a system capable of accommodating everyone ". He called Fahmi to "cut the road in front of the corruption system that serves as a second face of terrorism and work to gouge his roots and prevent theproduction again," praising " the role of the valiant Iraqi forces and the forces of the popular crowd , which came in exceptional circumstances to lead a national tasks."
