    Blood private sector banks feeder economic activity is considered the organizer of cash flows that are Hrkhadauha commensurate with the needs of the Iraqi economy and it is affirming that the current situation of the Iraqi banks needs to be fixed, here is the need to come to some of the need to use the techniques and skills development ,without emphasis on a sponsor system moving the underlying motivation of employees towards making the public interest to private banks in line with the interest (physical person) . Where the central bank law (Article 41) stood in the way of taking no action for ignoring allow for the development of the private sector banks tasks of this which led to the reluctance of the desire of many foreign banks to invest in Iraq. 

    It should look for reformist mechanism works to preserve the private banks , which began to fade in the lack ofcontinuity for the development and renewal of banking services like regimes banking regional countries and thedevelopment of its work to learn the expertise and technology of modern and develop its relations with the world order and reform of the operational activities of the planning business and organization policies and procedures that these banks linked to an independent private body to draw banking policy for the private sector to take it upon themselves to provide the required laws and procedures include the elements of her knowledge and expertise. 

    Future of the need to resolve the existing problems to put the necessary proposals for reform that passed through consultation with the Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank.
