    She active in the field of women 's rights that " the law will not address all the family problems if they are not implemented in a realistic way, " indicating that he "needs to be included severe punishment for such offenses to be a deterrent to reduce them completely , " pointing out that " the development of programs for rehabilitation and aftercare to prevent the recurrence of such crimes, and legal awareness of the crimes of domestic violence in schools and universities, and here's got to be the media of TV and radio channels and the press and websites awareness of the role of the contents of the law. " 
    She Mayali "It is important that there be a political conviction of the importance of a role for the protection of women and girls survivors and victims of domestic violence . Without all of these things have a provision of law a minor can not realize the true end of it." 
    In a related development , says the Personal Status Judge Saad Abdul Karim, in a statement to the judiciary, said that "divorce rates began to take a serious turn , social and cultural various reasons." 
     Added Abdul Karim said "divorce out of court accounts for the vast majority of cases of separation of couples , " noting that " the judge and after the completion of a divorce with the cleric confined to his role on the unbelievable after confirming achieve legitimacy and legally." 
    He noted the personal status judge that " the Court shall take in case of a divorce requests to all the appropriate solutions in order to reach solutions between the spouses."

    Bayraktar said that " the highest divorce rates recorded by the Baghdad Bjanbhe Karkh and Rusafa b (2300), which also had the highest marriage rates b (1758) case , " pointing out that " the courts have also recorded (2524) The status of ratification of the marriage concluded outside the court." He pointed out that "divorce has seen a decrease than recorded the month of October with 807 cases."
