" 
    However , Sabri said , "the taking of the new law into consideration the developments that have taken place on the vision and strategy of the state regarding the management of electricity and opening a file that got to open the doors of investment in this sector in addition to the collection, services and maintenance that the ministry began to work out, where will all these things legal cover the bill." 
    turn , said Musab teacher, a spokesman for the Ministry of Electricity, said that "the Ministry of Electricity has no law works Kan, therefore, the adoption of this law at this time would organize its work in general."

"
