Baghdad (IBA). Member
of the Finance Committee MP Hassan Al-Bayati, the proposal to split the
investment budget for strategic projects within the five-year plan and
annual routine projects successful proposal will contribute to the
completion of all projects that have in the past years despite his
substantial financial shares allocation

Al-Bayati said in a statement to the independent press agency (IBA). "The
proposal by some members of the Iraqi Parliament split investment
budget for strategic projects within the five-year plan and annual
routine projects will contribute to the completion of all projects that
have in the past years despite his substantial financial quotas
allocated, saying: that the conduct of the investment budget without a
strategic plan will lead to failure and loss amounts of SOA projects
".
He added that the Iraqi Parliament will not bring
any plan at all past his balancings led to the non-implementation of
projects selected in their service, saying: the House does not have
visions and planned to split the investment budget makes some MPs

.
Al-Bayati said: that the federal budget will not
face any obstacles and will be voted on in coming sessions after the
