    expect Kuwait 's oil minister Issam Al - Marzouq, Monday, a major commitment of "OPEC" producers and independent producers Agreements to reduce oil production, which reached them in November and December the last two.
    This came in a press conference with the Secretary General of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries "OPEC", Mohammed Barkindo, who is currently visiting Kuwait.
    Marzouq said, "The meeting of the committee monitoring compliance in Vienna on 21 and January 22 will agree on a final mechanism for monitoring the production."
    He added that "the first reducing production numbers will appear at the beginning of February next, even if the reduction was not complete as it will be the beginning."
    He explained that the obligation downwardly currently led by Saudi Arabia and Iraq reached 60%.
    Members have begun in the "OPEC" and independent producers, earlier this year, to cut production by 1.2 million barrels and 558 thousand barrels per day, respectively, in an attempt to stabilize the global oil markets.
