Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Aliya Nusayif, of the Iraqiya Hurra Coalition called “The Government and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to negotiate with Kuwait according to the UN Charter’s 6th Chapter over the Iraqi territories taken by Kuwait away from the authorities of the UN.
Earlier, the UN Security Council decided to relieve Iraq from the UN Charter’s 7th Chapter.
MP Nusaiyf stated to IraqiNews.com “Kuwait expanded towards the Iraqi territories and seized wide areas away from the authorities of the UN.”
“Kuwait was eager to seize whatever possible of the Iraqi territories and regional water through unjust way before relieving Iraq from 7th Chapter,” she added.
“Iraq has to negotiate according to 6th Chapter and Kuwait has to return Iraqi territories back according to the international maps,” she concluded.
