    He hinted added that "Albachrat coming out of ports carry twice the tonnage registered , " pointing out that " the project has been done since 2008 to set up counters for accurate calculation of oil , " calling on the Prime Minister and the Integrity Commission to "pursue the case and keep the Iraqi riches stolen." 
    And he continued a member of the Committee on the economy that the "government is looking for loans of one billion dollars or more from other countries, while being stolen every year from Iraq oil - seven billion dollars." 
    Furthermore, the Commission on oil and energy parliamentary announced its intention to investigate the theft of crude oil through the ports of Basra province. 
    The MP said Ares Abdullah, head of the Oil and Energy Committee, for (long - Presse) " The Committee heard through media reports that spoke about the existence of quantities of crude oil stolen through the ports of Basra to the lack of meters of crude oil , " noting that " the Commission was investigating this it. "  
    He said the Ares Abdullah , said that "for the oil and gas committee sent a letter to the Oil Ministry to inquire about the subject of this issue will be discussed with the officials of the ministry in the coming days." 
    Separately Salahuddin Council decided to form a committee to negotiate and contract with companies wishing to invest in the Baiji refinery , which was destroyed during the war against al Daesh. He said that Czech companies have expressed interest in investing in the Baiji refinery.

    Chairman Salahuddin said that " the results of our meetings in Baghdad assures us the desire and the absence of seriousness in the revival of the Baiji refinery , " pointing to the "pursuit of the province to activate the fields and Ajil Alas and oil reservoirs in the district of a country and western Tikrit."

    For his part, Chairman of the Committee on Energy Munir Hussein, in an interview (long - Presse), " The companies that we met in the Czech Republic, expressed their willingness to develop a refinery in Baiji , an oil and reconstruction, and we made a report to the Provincial Council whereby Iraq will accept the financing of the project during the implementation phase and The government also bear the expenses of preparing for the rehabilitation and technical disclosure before the start of work. " 
    In the meantime, he saw oil expert Hamza Jeweler's offer Baiji refinery to invest during the present time because the risk of a security threat remains. 
    The jeweler said that " the claim of Salahuddin province , officials and oil minister to approve the offer Baiji refinery investment risk the fact that the region is still unstable and that the liberalization of Mosul operations have not been resolved yet." 
    He said oil expert Iraq that "discreet companies will not risk employing their funds in light of a troubled security situation , " stressing that " the presentation of the refinery investment at the present time may lead to corruption through a grant to companies is low and does not have experience in the oil industry."
