    [rtl]Oil Minister Ali Jabbar Hussein Allaibi, Wednesday, for a legal national oil company and the national gas company before the completion of the relevant departments in the ministry and sent to the Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.[/rtl]

    The Iraqi Oil Ministry, on Wednesday, sending two draft law of oil and gas to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers to discuss Vaqrathma.

    The Minister of Oil Jabar Luaibi, Wednesday, for the completion of a legal draft of the two oil and gas Aloutnettin and sent to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.
