[rtl] BAGHDAD / morning is
scheduled to add the Commission services and reconstruction parliamentary CMC officials this week to see the future steps the Commission on the launch of the fourth generation licenses for services Internet service. This was announced by Chairman of the Committee Nazim al - Saadi, indicating that « the fourth generation of Internet services system was disabled because of a lawsuit set up by the Ministry of Communications to give it the right to the implementation of the fourth - generation services».
He added that « the court dismissed the case has been earning the lawsuit by the CMC making Cabinet cancels its decision to grant licenses to the ministry.»
Saadi pointed out that »Media Commission Act and the Communications Authority gave the right to implement this project», adding that « the Commission will add Commission officials this week to see the future steps on the release of licenses for this service and the private advertisement inviting competitors».
According to the existence of «declaration will be put to competition between sober and global telecommunications companies and within specific specifications and outside the operating companies to enter Iraq to compete with existing companies on the provision of that service».
