"

Hakim said that " the delegation stressed the need to focus on maintaining and upgrading the reality service for children and care for the families of the martyrs and the wounded , " calling on the Cabinet to "convene a meeting in the province to find out the problems and obstacles faced by the local government and overcome the way to provide the best municipal and urban services for the people of the province of Babylon." 
He said the President of the National Alliance that the latter " has become the site service to our people , all of us and his audience in the center seeks to provide services to the Iraqis , " adding that " The visit of the coalition delegation to Babylon aims to gather ideas and concerns, suggestions and fleshed out to be the start to follow these things with the competent authorities in the central government agencies ,. in order to resolve and address many of the problems facing the province . " 
He pledged wise to "seek to resolve all the problems and difficulties faced by the province through the National Alliance , " he said , adding that " the alliance delegation had asked the local government files , including their need for services and security for the purpose of study and presented to the Cabinet after hosting them in the presence of local government."

" 
He said the governor of Babylon that "these proposals is the establishment of cargo airport and refinery projects streams of Hilla, districts and areas , " and expressed hope that " the province enjoys the support of the federal ministries increase their financial capabilities."
