    [rtl]It revealed the official al-Sabah newspaper, on Monday, on the status of Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi promising and important and basic plan of the three axes to bring life to the liberated areas, pointing out that he can work on it during the next phase.[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]The newspaper quoted its issue today for a member of a coalition of state law, Abbas al-Bayati as saying that "the plan is to re-infrastructures and services to encourage people displaced from those areas to return to their provinces, and impose security in those areas through the activation of the local police and the army's role and the crowd clan to catch the ground and prevent infiltration and the return of some of the extremists and terrorists who it wreaked havoc in those provinces. "[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]He added that "it is within the plan support young people and integrate them to work and find jobs for them in order to prevent an aggravation of unemployment, which led to the exploitation of some of them for the work of those terrorist groups," he said. "That plan currently studying by experts in the Office of the Prime Minister."[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]For his part, Prime Minister of Youth Affairs Ali Daoud Attar adviser that "the Prime Minister's Office has a great keen on the concept of (rehabilitation), whether or infrastructure at the community level in the liberated areas."[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]He said Attar, that "the campaign (rehabilitation) will be on three levels, namely children, young people and society in general," noting that "the focus will be on young people in particular, through the rehabilitation of the educational level and consolidate the concepts of citizenship, so that they can reintegrate their situation if the bad eggs from Other citizens after they exercised Daesh gangs throughout the past two years, psychological pressure and deprived them of a lot of interests that should be enjoyed by citizens, especially young people.
