    [ltr]Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Member of the parliament Security & Defense Committee, Ammar Tuma attributed the continuing security breaches and the organized terrorist operations to the weakness of the intelligence efforts.[/ltr]
    [ltr]Tuma said “We strongly denounce the terrorist operations that targeted the innocents during Ramadan in several provinces,” stressing “one of the main reasons behind the repeated bombings and their coincidence in a number of provinces is the lack of intelligence coordination between those provinces and the absence of competence in the intelligence leaders.”[/ltr]
    [ltr]He emphasized on concentrating the intelligence efforts in the hot areas and keeping on the proactive security operations that are based on precise information.[/ltr]
