The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, it is launching a sophisticated and integrated electronic system in collaboration with the World Bank team to facilitate the registration of companies and the issuance of certificates of import and export procedures.
According to a statement of the Secretariat of the Agency has received all of Iraq [where] a copy of it, that "the Supreme Committee for the simplification of government procedures, held a lengthy meeting to support the business and the advancement of trade and investment record in Iraq."
The statement pointed out that "the meeting which was held in Baghdad's guesthouse and headed by Chairman of the Supreme Committee for the simplification of government procedures Nofal Abu Barns Associate Director of the Office of the Prime Minister, in the presence of the chief of Abdul Karim al-Faisal, advisers and representatives of the relevant authorities and the World Bank, reviewed a number of topics that contribute to the implementation of economic reforms adopted by the state and entrusted the implementation of part of the Higher Committee for streamlining government procedures. "
He also pointed out barns that "The World Bank should support the diversity of sources to gather information on the classification of indicators in Iraq, stressing the need to rearrange priorities and the inclusion of administrative and economic reforms carried out by the state in a number of areas within the new report to be issued by the World Bank in August next." .
He added that "the Commission is launching an advanced, integrated electronic system in collaboration with the World Bank team to facilitate the registration of companies and the issuance of certificates of import and export procedures, after it completed the sub-committees change requirements and a review of current laws and regulations that the commercial register and services license control, as well as put by the term map short and long term to improve productivity and competitiveness on the domestic and industrial levels, according to the criteria necessary to reduce the registration and reduce the length of time steps. "
He pointed to "the importance of providing a conducive environment to attract investors to the labor market in Iraq and address the legal frameworks to reduce spending and increase imports."
