      The parliamentary legal Committee declared that the Government headed by Nouri al-Maliki asked Parliament to withdraw the Federal Court rules, and the Federation Council, parties, and oil and gas which is preparing Parliament for agreeing to put the final touches before the vote to pass through the current legislative term.

      The Deputy Chairman of the legal Committee, Amir Al-kinani said the State of law Coalition is serious about passing any laws which is not easily passed without agreement and consensus among parliamentary blocs. He drew the Prime Minister's Coalition, preferably be disabled until deputies down the Government for current and future phases. He pointed out that the Government is not responsive until now with no law enacted in Parliament. The Government requested the withdrawal of a lot of important laws including the law on political parties prepared for a vote and the laws of the Federal Court and the Council of the Union of oil and gas. He noted that the majority in the House of representatives don't hit in the interest of the Government, which considers that such laws not legislation prevailing trends therefore started asking to withdraw the majority of important laws.

      He drew the House in passing the package pending laws and succeeded in passing a law amending the provincial elections and the law of the State Council, contrary to the desire of the Government, stating that the Federal Court and the Council of the Union, which needs a two-thirds majority in the lower House to pass a block regardless of the number of seats that make her pass to stop controversial. He noted that the controversial laws of the parliamentary committees are currently estimated at about four laws, including Amnesty, infrastructure, other laws had not yet been submitted to Parliament.
