[rtl]Become increasingly urgent in light of the continued financial distress because of the low and the fluctuation of oil prices and the only main source of funding for the budget, due to the breadth of the phenomenon of poverty because of these circumstances, theestablishment of a social fund for development in Iraq.
In this regard , we see that there Msaa and direction by the government to activate the program and work to support and make it work in an effort to improve living conditions for such a wide range of the members of society through research in the provision of appropriate operational opportunities
to address them.
We note that the government of this side pays much attention to where he initiated the request for assistance and international support for the success of this vital project by the World Bank formally approached in this
regard.
This initiative comes to the design and support of the Social Fund and funding, as this program is part of the national partnership project with the support of international institutions to this trend.
Perhaps it is useful to note that the periodic meetings in this regard , which included government officials with the World Bank mission reflects the high level attention and serious quest for the success of this project , which no choice other under these circumstances.
I was pleased the news of the interaction and the results of the meetings that led to the approval of the formation of a national working group and its ramifications for directly in the development of the foundations and supporting the objectives of this fund
for the poor.
Draw out that this fund and that came late , but it is very important as the real starting point for achieving social development based on the provision of this chip to integrate the community and provide jobs operating environment to
them.
So not understand the establishment of this fund that project for the material benefits directly but rather to provide job opportunities and employment for these disadvantaged groups which would exploit their potential productivity and their ability to
work.
Perhaps it is necessary to draw a comprehensive plan to facilitate the implementation of the work in this direction and that mechanisms to the magnitude of the human dimensions, economic and social at the same time , Maittalb unite the ministries and departments concerned to ensure the success of efforts to work and get to the end of it.
For that we have to contribute to all sectors of government and the private sector in support of this fund and its objectives and orientations which is an initial step towards economic reform intended.[/rtl]
