    Kuwait-straightforward: Kuwait's oil minister said on Monday that OPEC is fully independent of the United States of America.

    Essam Marzouk said in a statement to "direct", that the United States now exports more than one million barrels per day, while accusing OPEC to control prices, "this is not true."

    He explained that America sells from strategic reserves even lower oil prices.

    The price of Brent crude oil around $ 55 a barrel dealings today.

    Kuwait had pledged to reduce its oil production by 131 thousand barrels per day, according to the agreement reached late last year between OPEC and independent producers to cut output by 1.758 million barrels per day with effect from January 2016; in order to reduce the glut of global supply, support oil markets .. 

    OPEC agreed in November last year, to cut production by 1.2 million bpd from January; the aim of reducing the global supply glut, supporting oil markets.

    And independent producers are also approved, on 10 December last year, reducing production by 558 thousand barrels per day, with the largest contribution from non-members of OPEC at all.
