    The Arab Court of Justice, it is for reforming the Arab League , projects, and form if they have been agreed upon, the judicial system of the university president, and includes the draft rules of the basis for the Court of 48 articles, defines its mandate to adjudicate in disputes that States Parties agree in this system to forward it to the court, and disputes which stipulates bilateral or multilateral agreements to forward it to the Court, interpreting the university charter its attached protocols or agreements concluded within the framework of the university on the occasion of the dispute to court , or if requested to do so, the court based on the principles of Islamic law and the Charter of the university and its Annexes and the principles of international law.
