[ltr]Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Council of Ministers decided to make the local governments to provide the items of the Ration Card.[/ltr]
[ltr]During its session held on Tuesday, the CoM decided that the local governments will provide the items of the Ration Card instead of the Ministry of Trade where only the Flour and Wheat will be provided by the MoT.[/ltr]
