    The Jubouri that "circumstance that Iraq is going through requires a real face and highlight it in a realistic way and through many procedures and laws , " pointing out that " the Iraqis have faced terrorism in all its kinds , which led to inflict losses , whether through confrontation or accompanied by the displacement , which affected all segments of Iraqi society , without exception. " The President of the Parliament on " the importance that the international community realizes what he suffered from an attack from Iraq by rogue groups based in religion and doctrine springboard, and contribute to bringing about change through intellectual arms, especially after the completion of Daesh terrorist profile." He said the President of the House of Representatives that " the face of terrorism and his ideas took root in the one the people, rejects all kinds of violence and discrimination thought," adding that " the next stage requires action at a national and comprehensive dialogue to be its base and basic unity of the people and protect the homeland and the citizen that does not exclude does not exclude in which any one component or segment or category. " 
    The statement quoted Figel confirmed the keenness of the European Union to support the efforts of the Parliament seeking to achieve comprehensive national reconciliation, and support for Iraq in the completion of important laws that would restore stability to the country.
