    [ltr]Received Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari, Sunday, Vietnamese Ambassador to Baghdad papers Nguyen Hung Tak, in what was Iraq's ambassador victory a victory for the peoples of the whole world.[/ltr]
