    [ltr]As representatives of a slide wide and diversified spectrum of the Iraqi people Aziz , the Iraqi Council of Representatives As a partisan, political, from the legitimate responsibility and the ethical, legal, and in defense of us all the gains of the political process and the democratic system , which were not possible without the patience and sacrifices and the blood of the sons of the Iraqi people Quran.[/ltr]
    [ltr]We raise you this note to protest us on a long - innocent demonstrators last Saturday (11 / February / 2017) of arbitrariness in the face of crowds protesting the use of unjustified force and ammunition and live deliberately in targeting the intent to harm even though they are peacefully protesting them on the survival of the Office elections , which they lack integrity and lack of impartiality, as well as asking them to expedite the enactment of the elections that guarantees them a true representation and not lost their voices , which took advantage of the parties and blocs and figures brought Iraq to the dangerous slopes and curves led to the loss of their rights and threat to their lives at all levels.[/ltr]
    [ltr]We invite you to shoulder its legal and moral responsibilities and investigate what happened and to bring the attackers to justice because they did not distinguish between the assault in the military, police and demonstrators, as they clearly do not belong to any of them.[/ltr]
    [ltr]We also call for compensation for the families of martyrs and injured and to hold the perpetrators who have no qualms about shedding the blood of unarmed demonstrators.[/ltr]
    [ltr]What happened on Saturday , it invites us to work hard to change the Office of the current elections and the electoral law as soon as possible in respect of us to the will of the masses and their sacrifices and the confirmation of our commitment to the continuation of the gains of the political process and our democratic system, in preparation for comprehensive reform and the basis of a state governed by law and managed by professional professional institutions, away from the influence of identities and ideologies and trends narrow factional interests.[/ltr]
    [ltr]As We can not fail to mention with pride and appreciation of the role of the valiant Iraqi army and federal police and security forces in all its different forms in the maintenance of security and defense of Iraq and the Iraqis without discrimination and are keen to protect their own people from the demonstrators and protesters, and are well aware that it has such criminal acts do not belong to this people , neither It represents only himself and those who stand behind him.[/ltr]
