    Alckheon He pointed out that " the ministry has been launched in the coming days Tours to Oman, Bahrain and other countries, without stating backgrounds of these visits , which we interpret as a form Tourism Personal Iraqi delegations on the marshes grant account." 
    He criticized the local administrator to spend Chabaish, spending marshes grant money on Oivadat and visits of officials, without the investment management " to revive the marshlands and the advancement of their betterment and activate the economic movement of the local population where", calling for unity and action " a unified team in order to protect the marshes of the exit from the World Heritage List ". 
    Noting that "marsh dwellers are still suffering from the hardship and economic crises and the lack of municipal health services and infrastructure." 
    The Organization (UNESCO) , the United Nations, agreed Sunday (July 17, 2016), to include the marshes and archaeological areas where, to the World Heritage list after all members vote to approve. 
    Under UNESCO 's decision, the marshes and the archaeological sites that have been included on the World Heritage List are the Ur and Eridu and Hammar and Hovaiza Central and marshes in Dhi Qar, Maysan, the Warka in Al Muthanna, and Hur eastern ass in Basra. 
    The Directorate marshes projects Dhi Qar, he warned on the ninth of November 2016, of the consequences of the output of the marshes of the World Heritage list as a result of non - implementation of the relevant ministries obligations required towards them despite the lapse of five months of the year for specific, while expressed by local residents about "disappointment " as a result of failure to improve their reality, calling for the legislation of a law to protect the marsh and ensure an appropriate share of water to revive it in coordination with international bodies.
