A member Board of Commissioners at the Electoral Commission, Miqdad Sharifi, on Saturday, a model of a comparison between the previous parliamentary sessions to prove its neutrality and transparency of the Commission, noting that the United Nations and the religious authority praised the organization's performance in the last election.

Said Sharifi, in a statement, said he 'to see the reality of elections and they were expressing the will of the voter and credible regardless of international, regional and local praise and reference benediction in a timely manner, we will shed light on the results of 2010 the Parliament and the results of 2014 the Parliament'.

He added, 'We will approach and a comparison between the results of large political entities, which won a number of seats in the House the previous two sessions to become clearer picture every researcher Labib all fair sees into professionalism and impartiality are not nerve partisan or personal. "

He explained that ' the preparation of voters in the 2010 elections was 11,621,776 voters, and in the 2014 elections , the number of voters 12,619,599 voters, an increase of 997,823 voters for the 2010 elections , an increase of 9% , and this increase is the natural ratio if they knew that the addition of a new born in all the year is estimated at 700,000 voters'.

He pointed out that 'the increase in the percentage of the vote they are clearly a reflection of the coalitions and entities participating in the electoral process and the different alliances that were in the year 2010 than it was in 2014 where the number of rolls to win in 2010 is (14) list (entity political coalition) out of 87 joint list in the elections, and the number of lists 42 List won in 2014 out of 107 participated in the election list '.

He cautioned that 'to highlight the forms of large fraud that occurred in the last parliamentary elections, in two models below for the results of two of the largest entities in the fundamental process to clear some of the uncertainty in front of those who question the work of the Office.'
He explained that ' the first of these two models coalition of state law where he obtained in 2010 on the number of votes of 2,794,038 voters in 2014 on the votes of the 3,194,825 voters , an increase of 400,000 voters , almost all of 2010 , an increase of 8% and is worth mentioning here that the organization Badr were not from within the coalition of state law in 2010 and was among the Iraqi National coalition , and if we knew that the voices of the Badr Organization at the level of the candidates and the list of 2014 within the State of law coalition 362,485 voters, ie constitute 11% of the results of state law , meaning that the results of a coalition of state the law did not differ much from 2010 after the Badr Organization accession '.

He said ' The second model is the Iraqi National Coalition, which was containing within his coalition ( of the Supreme Council and the Liberals and the Badr Organization, virtue and Reform Movement , led by al - Jaafari) got this coalition with all its components 2,090,613 voters in 2010 , while I got all entities problem for the Iraqi coalition 2,792,306 voters if it was collected their voices together in 2014 , an increase of 7% excluding the Badr Organization , which joined a coalition of state law , as mentioned above. '

He pointed out that ' the rate of increase in state law 8% increase in the Iraqi National Coalition , 7% is an approach to increase the overall percentage of the vote 9% in 2014, the increase in the State of Law and INA was harmonious and naturally to increase the proportion of voting' .

He believed that 'these two models Aattiyan clear picture of the conduct of the elections and the lack of a significant difference on the contrary , the results are almost to be close with each other and that applies to most of the other lists.'

He added that 'according to the accurate statistics, the performance of the objectors to the Commission at this stage , they should see these numbers and disarmament glasses wearing professional skepticism and glasses to look into the truth and impartiality'.

It found that 'as referred to in the above mentioned model demonstrates the professionalism and transparency of UNHCR 's work with all its joints and this Mathdtt by the United Nations and its representative in the Security Council as well as the visit of the Secretary General of the United Nations ' former to Baghdad immediately after the elections. "

He stressed that 'this signal a clear and important to the success of the electoral process and the international community 's support for the democratic experience in Iraq , the pushing through of the elections do not forget Mathdtt by reference in her engagement and praising the work of UNHCR'.
