The shape of parliament, last January, a committee composed of 29 members of the selection of members of the Electoral Commission. The National Alliance won 14 seats, compared with 7 seats of Sunni component, and 6 seats to the Kurds, and two seats for each of the two components of Turkmen and Christian. The month of February, Magdy Rady demonstration in Tahrir Square in Baghdad, called for changing the Electoral Commission, and resulted in clashes between demonstrators and security forces, and the killing and wounding dozens.
Asadi said that "the people and the members of the Liberal bloc in Parliament have exercised pressure on the government by all democratic means, including demonstrations and sit mentioned admiration and praise. In spite of the huge numbers and their presence in the sensitive places, but it did not result from any damages or losses or riots or disable of public life. "
The head of the Liberal bloc that "reformist national projects launched by the generosity of the Iraqi leader Muqtada al - Sadr, you need to legislative aspects and vote in Parliament or making a decision between the political blocs, and despite the welcome some blocks out but there are objections , others were not consistent with Eminence projects and aspirations of the masses of the Iraqi people, the case
