    Hundreds of supporters of civil currents systems and movement in Babil province, on Saturday, a demonstration to demand a change of the Electoral Commission and the enactment of an electoral law "just , " and denounced the step as the House of Representatives to increase the salaries of deputies. 
    The demonstrators demanded at the same time, the achievement of UNESCO demands care of the heritage of the province of Babylon, blessed military victories achieved by the joint security forces in the liberation of parts of the right of Mosul Coast. 
     He said civil rights activist Furat Hussein, (range), " The supporters of civil currents and movement in theprovince of Babylon, staged demonstrations Slmetin, first before the Office of the province, while the second was in front of the Office Building elections Street forty Hilla city center", noting that "Altzahertyn, demanded election fair and equitable for all Iraqis and the formation of a new independent electoral Commission. " 
    Hussein added, that " the demonstrators demanded an end to quotas partisan abhorrent that devastated the country, and comprehensive reform in all fields, as well as the fight against financial and administrative corruption file rampant state facilities, accounting thieves of public money , " stressing " the need for real reform, not change the faces of all, as some of the politicians trying to sectarian quotas. " And renewed civil demonstration "rejection of the amendments unfair to be made to the provincial elections in an Act of Parliament, by a large political forces," calling for a "mass movement and public opinion pressure on the House of Representatives in order to not pass these amendments, the legislation fair and equitable law preserves voters and the freedom to choose who they want and find the efficiency, integrity and seriousness in the service of citizens. " 
    Civilians are condemned to "increase the salaries of deputies, and the imposition of taxes on the salaries of retirees who are classified as very infrequently", demanding " the federal and local governments to work and overcome all the difficulties and problems facing re Babylon World Heritage Site ." 
    Civilians and students in their demonstrations in front of the local government building to "achieve UNESCO 's demands to return the heritage of Babylon, or do a big campaign for the rehabilitation and cleaning of the ancient city, and removing the waste, as well as finding the role of a break for tourists and visitors," stressing that " the concerned authorities to speed up the job." 
    Park protesters "big victories achieved by the security forces and the popular crowd, in the liberation of large parts of the right side of Mosul city," noting that "these victories demonstrate the strength of our heroine and ability sufficient to expel Daesh of our beloved land." 
    The capital Baghdad and 10 Iraqi provinces are (Babil, Karbala, Najaf and Diwaniya, Muthanna , Dhi Qar, Maysan, Wasit, Basra and Diyala) is witnessing demonstrations since August 2015 to condemn the poor services and corruption in the government and judiciary institutions.
