    Parliament questioned the chief of media

    House of Representatives held its regular meeting on Thursday to vote on a proposal titling low-income housing law of the land, and the questioning of the prime CMC Safa al-Din spring.

    And it includes the agenda of the meeting "vote on the draft protection of witnesses and experts and informers and victims law, and vote on the proposed ownership of low-income residential land law."

    It also includes "the first reading of the bill abolishing the dissolved Revolutionary Command Council Resolution No. 204 of the 2002 Act, and the questioning of the prime media and communications Safa al-Din spring body of the MP Hanan al."

    Parliament will also discuss the "theme of the displaced people of Nineveh province in the presence of the concerned Minister and the governor of Nineveh province, and quarterly activity report to the Integrity Committee, and quarterly activity of the Commission on Higher Education and Scientific Research Report".

    The House had postponed questioning the prime CMC Safa al-Din spring in its session on 23 February, the last of absence from the meeting due to his illness, the ninth day of March of this session.

    The parliament decided to interrogate the spring in absentia for his absence "in order to maintain the measures taken by the Council and not to contest them, stressing the legitimacy of the House of Representatives to exempt direct any executive in the absence of his presence for the interrogation session."

    Prior to the decision to postpone the interrogation The head of the House of Representatives over the presidency of the Council for a book from the media and communications indicates that the head of the body is going through a health crisis forced the track to travel outside Iraq and had surgery and was still lying in the hospital so far and is ready to attend the interrogation if his recovery and his return to the country.

    For its part said MP Hanan al interviewer that the legal non-starter for the book sent from the CMC being linked to the Council of Representatives and the vacation for President of the Commission on the approval of the President of the House of Representatives, pointing to the existence of formal aspects of the book of the media and communications.

    Turn between a representative of the Council of Ministers Torhan Mufti, the head of the CMC is in a state satisfactory emergency, a proposal to postpone the questioning session for the President of the Commission with bringing all necessary archives to prove his illness if his presence-to-date new questioning, pointing out that the head of the CMC and the agency is the rank of director general.
