    Baghdad/ Iraq TradeLink: Oil reports said that Iraq is planning to increase its southern oil exports to

    3.171 million b/d in April, 2017.

    The sources that Basra light oil exports are expected to be increased to 2.238 million b/d in comparison to the figures of the previous months that reached to 2.207 b/d.

    Iraqi heavy oil exports will reach to 833.000 b/d in comparison to 806.000 before one month.
    Last March, Iraq exported 3.013 million b/d of Basra crude oil.

    Earlier, Iraqi Oil Ministry announced that February, 2017 oil exports reached to 3.269, including the Kurdish region, while January, 2017 exports reached to 3.320 million b/d.

    The average selling price reached to 48.6 dollars per barrel in January, 2017, while the prices in February reached to 49.3 dollars per barrel, the sources added.

    Iraqi oil minister Jabbar al-Li'aibi disclosed last week in Houston, USA, that Iraq is planning to produce 5 million b/d during the second half of this year.
