Justice minister calls for the House of Representatives to vote to amend the Code of Criminal Procedure

The ministry statement quoted the minister as saying news agency received the future: It's unfortunate to see the escalating violence and the increasing number of victims who died at the hands of terrorists and criminals. He demanded: Members of the House of Representatives to vote and approve the amendment to the Criminal Procedural Law, because it prevents the exploitation of the law to keep the criminals as long as possible inside the prison, in order to benefit in the future from the a dye political amnesty, or smuggling operation. He pointed out: that the article relating to a retrial in the Code of Criminal Procedure, exploited by some lawyers return for cash, to submit requests for a quick re-trial, and that it takes months to decide where rejection or acceptance, pointing out that in the case is rejected the request by the Board of the judiciary, submit a new application and this topic will benefit terrorists. He continued: Ministry of Justice does not carry out the death sentence, but the right of proven absolutely no doubt that criminals and murderers, who still insist on exercising their activities even inside prisons, in agreement with terrorist groups outside the prison.
