    Arab League Secretary-General Ahmed Abul-Gheit said there was growing Arab concern over unrest in the region.
    "The Arab presence in the major crisis resolution groups must be activated and there should be no refuge for Arabs except for Arabs," Abu Ghaiz told a meeting of the Arab foreign ministers' council.
    He pointed out that "the Arab League suffers from a shortage of its budget and must be reformed."
    The meetings of the Council of Arab Foreign Ministers under the chairmanship of the Kingdom of Jordan began shortly.
    This meeting comes in the presence of Arab foreign ministers in preparation for the presence of leaders at the Arab summit and an update of the preparatory meetings of the summit
