Approximately 6.5 million taxpayers paid $3 billion in Obamacare penalties for not having health insurance in 2016, according to preliminary data from the Internal Revenue Service Commissioner John Koskinen.

Thank God this happened under Obama or we would have front page stories in every paper in the country, how Trump is heartless and doesn't care about the people vs. maybe something like millions paid their fair share for health insurance.
