    Reduction of the Arab Monetary Fund, the economic growth forecast for Jordan to 2.7 percent this year, compared with 2.3 percent for the year 2016.

    The Fund noted in its latest report, that the reduction of expectations was based on the continuing challenges that limit the Jordanian economy growth opportunities in the short term, with reduced growth forecast for last year to 2.3 percent with expectations, rising to 2.7 percent this year.

    He guessed that the improved economic performance in the Kingdom, the contribution of the adoption of a number of economic legislation that are likely to contribute to stimulate economic growth in the Kingdom over the coming years.

    And between the Fund, that among the legislation, to credit information and Islamic instruments, investment and partnership law between the two sectors, coming within the reforms that have achieved success in the implementation of the Kingdom.

    He pointed out that the Jordanian economy is fully dependent in filling its energy import, especially in the light of the fear of re-orientation towards the prices rise again in the coming period.
