    He said the teacher in a statement that these amounts were distributed between the investment budget, and Walmoisna operational, as well as guarantees booked amounts in the Development Fund for Iraq in Washington (DFI), and that the amounts of the investment budget amounted to $ 14 billion, was allocated 50% of the production sector to build power stations obstetric, and 30% of the transport sector, and 20% of the distribution sector.

    He included the operating budget amounts and reached 16 billion dollars, which included the salaries and wages of employees of the ministry, as well as buying fuel from the oil ministry and the neighboring countries, to run our stations obstetric, the fact that the ministry paid more than a billion dollars a year for the oil ministry on this side, as well as buying power of the Islamic Republic of Iran with the rapid     الصيانات sectors (transmission and distribution).

    He said the teacher that the investment budget allocated to it the amount of 14 billion dollars for the construction of projects for the sectors of the ministry of the three (production, transport and distribution) where they were granted (50%) of this amount to the production sector, and 30% of the transport sector, 20% of it for the distribution sector, the fact that transport and distribution sectors need to expand and rehabilitate to accommodate the new additional production capacities, in addition to the deduction of part of these funds for the maintenance and rehabilitation of obstetric units operating.

    He said the production capacity of the system, the national electricity has reached approximately 11 thousand megawatts, which is an increase of more than 7000 MW from the production system in 2003, and that there are potential new production will enter into the system during the next few months to reach the end of this year, 13 thousand megawatts, and the end of the year 2014, to more than 20 thousand megawatts.

    The new spokesman for the Ministry of Electricity and promises to end power crisis by the end of this year.
