    The draft resolution calls on the Secretary-General of the United Nations to ensure coordination between the joint mechanism for investigation of the Organization for Prohibition of Chemical Weapons and the fact-finding of the Organization Mission, and that "in order to investigate rapidly in any related or potential relationship, according to the findings of a fact-finding mission, using a chemical weapon accident , in order to identify those responsible. "
