NEW YORK, April 13 (Xinhua) - North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has ordered immediate evacuation of the capital Pyongyang on the sidelines of an escalating row with the United States.
He ordered the people of Pyongyang to leave the city immediately, raising fears that he was preparing for a close war, the Daily Express reported.
Russian media reported that some 600,000 people had been evacuated from the capital as a matter of urgency. South Korean media reported fears of a reckless act by the North Korean leader months after he planned nuclear tests. Ending AH
