    Al-Rusafa Criminal Court, which is concerned with integrity issues, issued on Wednesday a 10-year prison term for a customer of the Rafidain Bank for stealing more than 4 billion dinars.
    According to investigations conducted by the Integrity Commission, a recent exhibition on the case referred to it by the judge on the issues of integrity, according to a statement, received / Mawazine News, a copy of it, that "the convict (PK) has stolen the amount of (1,566,420,000) dinars (1,225,125,000) (JD) and (1,538,150,000) dinars, through the transfer of instruments in agreement with the accused (GFZ) and in conjunction with employees of Rafidain Bank / branch of brethren separated their cases, where the amounts were deposited in the account of the accused Babil Bank main branch, and withdraw the amount without clearing e".
    The statement added that "the decision of the sentence against the fugitive convict included support for the seizure of his movable and immovable property, and to give the injured party the right to seek compensation once the decision is reached."
    According to the statement, "the court found evidence and evidence as well as the convict's escape from justice sufficiently and convincingly to criminalize it based on the provisions of Article 444 / IV and Eleventh of the Penal Code."

"

    She noted that "the court found as a result of its available evidence and proof of sufficient and convincing to criminalize the accused. The sentence included the support of reserve funds movable and immovable, and to give the right hand to the affected request compensation if the acquisition decision become final."

    In another context, the achievement of the Commission's office in Diyala province revealed the recovery of more than half a billion dinars to the expense of maintaining the health of the Department, noting that the Office investigative procedures have led to the return of those amounts far squandered by the committees health department purchases the province.

    He said the office confirming the existence of irregularities committed by the procurement committees in the Directorate of Health related to the province Bossullac fuel processing; which called recruitment (18) accused of the case; in order to investigate them.

    The office confirmed the recovery of all amounts wasted amounting to (623 533 477) million dinars under the receipts deposited in the Directorate of Health province.
