Merkel "embarrass" Trump 11 times
Twilight News / newspaper "The Times" revealed forced German Chancellor Angela Merkel to explain the US President, Donald Trump at 11 times during their meeting last March that he could not hold a trade agreement with Germany alone.
According to the newspaper Trump Merkel has asked 10 times in a row on the possibility of holding negotiations to complete the trade agreement between the two countries, before Merkel is contained in each time explaining to him that he can not hold such an agreement with Germany only, but with the entire European Union.
After the request was met with Trump at the 11th time rejected by the German chancellor, he said: "Well, it seems that we have to complete the agreement with Europe."
According to the paper, Merkel made it clear to the prime minister in the government that Trump is unaware of "basic facts" of the European Union.
