The Iraqi government is considering emergency Declaration and 9 people were killed attacks

Iraqi government is considering declaring a state of emergency to cope with the deterioration of the security situation in consultation with the relevant ministers and intelligence chiefs, at the time of continuing violence where he spent Wednesday 9 persons.
A source familiar with the Office of the Commander in Chief of the armed forces and security ministers and intelligence chiefs are studying options to declare a state of emergency, through the division of the country into units run by officers from the armed forces under the emergency law. He added that the study also includes hasten the implementation of all death sentences issued against them convicted prejudice. He pointed out that the study include cut telecommunications and off the Internet and all mobile phone lines that run through which terrorist acts and blasting operations.
On the other hand killed 9 people, including a gunman and the number and traffic police, including Colonel Ahmed Abdul Rahman, Deputy Director, roads, and wounded 18 others wounded, on Wednesday, incidents separate security including detonated a car bomb in the New Baghdad district of eastern Baghdad, and the viewing area in the north, and Ghazaliya in the west. Unidentified gunmen kidnapped director of distribution of petroleum products in the province of Salah al-Din Muhsin al-Bayati.
The Department of Defense announced the destruction of Iraqi al-Qaeda Walker after the killing of two members of the organization as well as the arrest of 18 people and adjust the arms, ammunition and car bombs in a security operation in Mosul in northern Iraq.
